Your one-on-one personal training experience will start with your personal trainer spending time with you to understand your goals and level of experience with training.
You will enjoy an invigorating hour of cardiovascular exercise, strength training and stretches. During the hour, your trainer will coach you on correct technique and motivate you to achieve the most in your session while staying safe at all times.

Our group training sessions provide individual coaching in a group setting. Every class includes a warm up which includes technique work, a main workout and a cool down. The camaraderie of the group environment drives everyone and creates an infectious web of positive energy and motivation. Sessions are structured to cater for everyone, no matter what level of fitness.
No two sessions in a row offer the same program.
