Strength- This session will help develop Functional Strength, Basic Strength, Strength Endurance, Maximal Strength and Power.




MetCon- Metabolic conditioning is essentially a combination of intensive muscular training coupled with intensive aerobic training.


 


Beginners Fitness Challenge- A group training experience that will challenge you. A motivated group dynamics that will keep you working hard while having fun and learning technique.
